With double slides, a rear living area, and a front bedroom you have everything that you need right at your fingertips. We allow small Dogs, I only ask that you let me know ahead of time what type and size of dog(s) you have before booking. This coach is listed from manufacture as sleeping 8 but in reality it is more like 5-6 without using the reclining chairs. The leather pull out couch that sleeps 1-2 and the dining table also folds down to accommodate 1 or 2 small people. The camper queen bed in the front bedroom sleeps 2. The Auto Leveling System is a one touch level system and one touch re-hitch system. It takes up to 3 minutes for system to have you level and ready to camp, the tongue jack is also electric and part of the auto leveling system. This RV also has a Backup and Observation Camera to see behind you while you drive or Back into your Camping spot. There is absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT! If detected full damage deposit will be kept! In the main living area of the travel trailer you will love how open and spacious it is with double slides. One slide has a dinette and a sofa. The sofa has a pull down center with a small table and cup holders and both the dinette and sofa convert to beds. On the opposite side of the trailer the slide has an entertainment center, fire place, overhead cabinets, and the kitchen amenities. There is a pantry, refrigerator, three burner range, and microwave. Adjacent to the slide you will find a large kitchen sink. In the middle of the kitchen you will find a rollaway island which is great for food prep. You will also enjoy the Sky Light over the kitchen area with a retractable shade. Along the rear wall there are two chairs and overhead cabinets which run the width of the trailer. The two rear chairs recline so you can relax while you are inside. It also has a wall mounted smart tv in the living room with a DVD player, radio, over the air antenna and cable hookup. Inside the living area mood lighting is provided with two LED light strips that run the length of the living area so you can turn the overhead lights off to relax in the evening but still see to move around. You will find USB wall chargers between the dinette and couch to keep all your devices powered. Full kitchen provided with pots, pans, cups, mugs, ice cube maker, utensils and a coffee pot. Also provided is cleaning rags, sponges and disinfectant spray for cleaning as you go is encouraged! The ample large windows give you a breath taking view of everything around you and also have pull down shades when privacy is needed. The bathroom has a toilet, corner shower, linen cabinet, and sink. There is also a private entrance from the bathroom which leads into the bedroom. Bathroom has a Corner Stand Up Glass Shower with On-Demand hot water (No more taking a navy shower before the 6 gallon hot water tank is empty and then freezes you awake). The shower also has an upgraded air infused shower head. Bathroom also has a Vanity, Sink and Foot Flush Toilet (RV Toliet Paper is only to be used in toilet). Bathroom also has a Full Auto or Manual Fantastic Vent Fan, with roof covers to run while raining, that can blow air in or out with remote, you simply touch what temp you would like it to be and the fan will open and close, turn off and on to maintain it, or simply turn it on while you are in the Bathroom. In the front bedroom you will find a queen bed with wardrobes on either side of the bed. You will find USB wall chargers next to both sides of main bed and in the living area to keep all your devices powered. This rv has a queen bed with a Memory Foam mattress not the standard crappy camper mattress' that leave you aching in the morning. Bedroom also has two privacy doors and dual closets. It also has a wall mounted tv and Blu-Ray player. Outside there is storage for your exterior camping gear, plus much more! This RV also has an outdoor shower to rinse the kids/pets off after a day on the sandy beach or after playing in the mud. There is a power awning with an LED light strip and exterior speakers. Camping chairs are provided in the storage compartment under the Main Bed. Pulling vehicle MUST HAVE A BRAKE CONTROLLER AND TOWING CAPACITY OF 8,000 LBS dry or up to 11,000 LBS fully loaded with your Cargo. Weight Distribution and Sway Bar Hitch included with Rental. I am willing to deliver and set up for a fee determined by distance/ mileage and dates. You are responsible to provide your own Food, Clothes, Linens and Towels. To the left of the sink is your LPG (propane) Tank Level Monitor System so you always know how much propane you have left. This RV has it all and will definitely make your vacation one to remember:) Propane is provided, should you consume all the propane on your trip you will need to have the tanks filled at the park or local fill station. Pots & Pans are located in the Roll-away Island - Please wash and dry before returning. White Water Hoses are for Drinking water (Potable water) use ONLY! For Delivery outside 20 miles please ask first.
