This 2020 Forest River Cherokee 304R is a great home away from home! After purchasing it new, the current owners have had it in place in a seasonal campground each year and have not traveled with the trailer.

The trailer features a spacious rear living layout highlighted by an entertainment center with a built-in electric fireplace. Both the convertible sofa and twin recliners have clear views of the flat-screen TV!

The island sets off the kitchen, but it doesn't always have to be, as the kitchen island is moveable!! That's right, you can move it out of the way when not in use. The seller reports when it's out of the way, there is ample floor space to put down two queen-size air mattresses!

The full bath and main bedroom are at the front of the trailer, with entry to the bathroom from the hallway and the main bedroom. A TV is in the bedroom, and 110 and USB outlets are on each side of the bed. There is also storage under the bed if needed.

There is ample space under the large patio awning to enjoy a lazy day campsite. There are outdoor hook-ups for a TV, and the speakers are there as well.
