One comfortable Murphy style fold down Full sized bed with a new upgraded Zinus 8" memory foam mattress. A sofa that turns into an additional bed that can fit 2 small children or 1 adult. Clean linens and pillows included for your comfort, as well as bath and hand towels. One slide out for the living room for plenty of space. Bathroom has a good size step-in shower with an upgraded high pressure luxury hand held shower head unit with pause setting for water conservation. The camper also comes with an outdoor shower if you just need to rinse off or for your furry friends to get cooled off. The camper does come with two full 20lb LP (propane) tanks to keep your fridge cold and your stove running. We are supplying a large outdoor rug and 2 comfortable camping chairs for your convenience. The camper comes with a folded table which can be used inside or outside under the awning. Camper has a large awning for shade during the day and LED exterior lights so you can enjoy the fire, marshmallows and the fire flies at night. We have some optional add-ons for you to choose from, such as a generator if you plan on dry-camping, bike rack for your bikes or we can supply a hitch if you need one for towing the camper. Absolutely no smoking in the camper. A $500 fee will be taken from security deposit if there has been smoking in the camper. Tow vehicle must have at least 4500 towing capacity and a GVWR of at least 6000 LBS to be able to tow and stop safely.
