High Performance Gear to Elevate Camp

2009 Thor Motor Coach Four Winds

Used Class C in San Diego, California 92108

Vehicle is in great condition, has had light use. Has a bedroom slide, dining table/refrigerator slide, and an electric awning.Queen, TempurPedic bed in the main bedroom, full size bed over the cab, and a dining table that turns into a bed. Stall shower with magnetic door, porcelain toilet, stainless steel sink, and lots of storage in the bathroom. Sliding hide-away doors lead from bathroom to bedroom and from bedroom to main living area. Large closet and multiple cubbys and drawers in bedroom and a TV. Propane 3-burner stove top, convection oven/microwave combo, and 2-sided sink in kitchen. water heater can be run with electricity or propane. automatic step folds in/out when door opens/closes (this feature can be deactivated while parked). has a gas generator that works great. all batteries in the vehicle are brand new. tires in great condition and still have lots of life in them. vehicle has had regular maintenance and has never had any engine/mechanical issues. vehicle comes with sewer hose with funnel connection and expandable supporter, water hose, portable sewage tank, electrical cord with 30 amp and 120v adapters, leveling blocks,  pack of extra fuses, replacement fan blades, and trailer hitch/receiver. there is a large water storage tank if you want to camp off the grid. there is a privacy cover for the windshield (the black on it seen in the picture is just dirt, it cleans off easily). there is a backup camera and it's screen folds down into the dash. exterior shower/washing station. A/C unit works extremely well.

The exposed cord on the floor seen in the picture of the living area is where a sofa used to sit that had seat belts, the cord is for the exterior power outlet. we removed the sofa to have a larger living space. above the cab where the bed is, used to be a cabinet that held a TV and a single bed that was in front of the cabinets. we removed that setup to put a larger, more comfortable bed there. the electrical hook-ups from the TV and DVD player we removed are still there so adding a new TV would be easy. in the hall leading to the bedroom, the linoleum has been stapled down, it was peeling up from sun damage from the large window there, this is not water damage. the seats in the cab have peeling leather that is strictly wear and tear and sun damage, however they are still plenty soft, the leather is not "crunchy."
