Just bought and replaced previous camper if you are a returning guest :) The delivery/pickup charge (if selected) includes round-trip to deliver and pick up, along with setting up your campsite. We can discuss the cost, depending on if you are local, which generally is free, or further, which will be determined based on time, not mileage. Our 22’ Trailer is ready for early spring camping and will keep you warm in the cooler nights, but still has A/C for the warm days. Room to sleep at least 6 comfortable with everyone able to sleep on a bed and not on the floor! Bunk beds in the back give room for the kids and front has the queen size camper bed. ** The front queen size camper bed is one of those Murphy beds that folds up for the couch area, however, I bought a really good mattress because I feel it’s needed. Due to that, the mattress does not fold up very well, so please be aware that you may not be able to use the couch. There is still a lot of seating with the U-shaped dinette area, so I don’t think any seating space for the size of the camper has been compromised, but comfort has been exponentially improved!** Floor plan is great to have room for the rainy/cold nights to hang out inside and play games or even watch a movie. We have a ton of fun and this is our home away from home, so we keep it nice and expect others to as well. There is an outside refrigerator (perfect for drinks!), flat grill and propane line for a portable grill. Amenities: TV, DVD player, In/out sound system, one queen bed, dining table transfers to bed, 2 bunk beds, one bathroom with shower, kitchen with sink, stove, Microwave, Refrigerator and electric tongue jack. Includes: Kitchen supplies. Fitted sheets for the queen bed and bunkbeds. If you still have questions, feel free to message me. Towing vehicle must have a towing rate of 5000 lbs with a trailer hitch and brake controller. Pick up and drop off times are flexible. We can drill down the times before or after you reserve. I like to keep a good record on my personal calendar, so please let me know what works best with your vacation plans! Also, we may be able to allow you to pick it up the night before no earlier than 5 PM, but we cannot guarantee that until the week of the reservation. Just send us a message and if it’s still free when it’s close to the pick up day, then we can more than likely accommodate the night before so you can have time to pack up and not waste your vacation time doing that.
