Pick up by and haul only by experienced drivers. ●No outside the US ●No pets allowed ●No Smoking please NOTE: ●Please Note: The "Service Fee" and "Insurance Rate" within your quote are BOTH generated by Outdoorsy and I do not have the ability to adjust or remove. ●Due to the recent unstable fuel prices, the transport fee for trips booked more than 30 days in the future is subject to change to account for inflation ●We do not allow our RV to be taken to Festivals because there is too much risk for damage. ●Absolutely NO smoke or flames other than propane gas stove are allowed inside the RV. NO smoking (of any kind), vaping, candles, incense, mosquito repellent candles are prohibited. If a smoke odor is noticeable inside the RV upon return; an additional cleaning fee up to the deposit amount can be assessed for smoke abatement. ●No food, grease, oil, or trash can be disposed of in the kitchen sink, shower, bathroom sink or toilet. No black water (urine, feces) is allowed in gray tanks (sinks, shower)please. If contraceptives such as condoms or wrappers, sanitary napkins or tampons, paper-towels, wet-wipes or any other food, trash or debris is improperly disposed of down the kitchen sink, bathroom shower, or sink drain (grey tank) or flushed down the toilet (black tank) and it causes a backup or failure; an additional fee up to the amount of the deposit can be assessed for the sewer system to be serviced. ●Cleaning/Prep fee includes: RV chemicals, RV essentials, standard cleaning and disinfecting, RV setup orientation, etc. The dumping and flushing of holding tanks is charged separately ●If the grey and or black water tanks are not empty upon return; a Dump Fee will be assessed. ●Delivery/Pickup fee includes setup, pack out, and haul away. Please message me before booking if you would like a delivery so I can ensure my schedule allows for it. This fee covers up to 25 miles ($5.00/mile for additional miles up to 75), further distances will have to be coordinated before booking to ensure delivery is feasible. Price subject to change due to inflation of fuel prices. The dumping and flushing of holding tanks is charged separately.
