Minimum of 2 nights please, and I do not rent out for festivals, concerts, parties etc. without prior approval. Family gatherings and campgrounds are accepted. More convenient add-ons available! Trailer does not include linens (sheets, towels, pillows/pillowcases) but does include all the basics, including cleaning supplies. I offer discounts for 7+ days, and free delivery for extended bookings within 10 miles, after that delivery is discounted. Delivery includes set-up and take-down. *Please keep in mind that while we love our pets, we do not allow them in this rental.* *-Features-* 2018 Highland Ridge Open Range Ultra Light. Hot and cold outdoor shower. 32" HDTV, cable hookup and DVD player. Outdoor Bluetooth stereo, LED lit awning, and leather heated reclining massage chairs. *Notes* 1. Due to COVID-19 I am not providing sheets, pillows, or towels. Trailer will be sanitized between bookings, however we require the unit to be returned cleaned and waste tanks emptied or the extra fees will apply. ($50 for tanks, $100 cleaning) 2. Excessive use of LP gas will incur refill fee. 3. Damage protection is encouraged aside from insurance. This reimburses you in case of damages not covered under insurance.
