Upgraded queen mattress in the bedroom with bedside lighting. Outdoor kitchen with extra beverage fridge, cooktop burner and bbq tools. Flatscreen TV above the fireplace with sound inside and outside! Leather couch which transforms into a full-sized bed. TWO recliners for comfy fireplace & TV watching. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and serving. Think anything 'non-disposable' and it's there. We ask that you bring your own bedding & towels because of the days we are living in. We are somewhat open to a pet (dog) so ask and we can discuss. Just no cats because of allergies. We do offer delivery for an additional charge...at which time set up/tear down is always free! Also...there is marine toilet paper in the RV but just like we ask our family and ourselves please use the campground facilities for poo when an option.
