ABSOLUTELY NO TAILGATING PERMITTED (full deposit will be forfeited if the trailer was found used for tailgating) Trailer Amenities: Sleeping accommodations include a front queen murphy bed/sofa and double bunks in the back with USB charging ports for each. This layout is suitable for 2 adults on the queen and 4 kids or 2 smaller adults/teens in the bunks. The dinette can also be converted into another single bed if required. Kitchen includes a 3 burner stove with oven, large sink with cover for extra counter space, full size fridge and freezer, and a pantry for storing dry foods. Dinette will seat up to 4 people with a large window to bring the outdoors inside. Three piece bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Basic toiletries included (toilet paper, hand soap). Outside you will find shade under the 15' power awning. There is also an outside shower you can use to rinse off after a day at the beach. You will also find plenty of externally accessible storage in the front and back of the trailer, as well as a storage rack mounted to the rear bumper.
