Available for long term rentals A 2021 30' Passport Travel Trailer that sleeps up to 10 people. Featuring a private Queen-sized bed, a bunk house with 2 full sized beds, a dinette table that converts to a bed as well as a loveseat that converts to a bed. The dinette and couch are on a slide out offering a spacious interior. This camper comes equipped with a full interior kitchen consisting of a sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and a LP range & oven. There is also an outdoor kitchen and mini-fridge with running water for outdoor cooking. For entertainment, the RV comes with a television and Bluetooth sound system to enjoy either indoors or outdoors. For ease of use: Equipped with power jacks, stabilizers, awning, and slide-out. Please return the holding tanks empty. There is a $60 fee if you do not empty the grey and black water tanks. At handoff, we will spend time showing you how everything works, and make sure you are comfortable operating the camper. We will spend several hours cleaning the camper before your arrival so we ask that you return the camper decently clean. Please remove all trash and personal belongings. Please sweep the floor and wash any dishes you have used. Failure to complete the above requested cleaning tasks will result in a $150 cleaning charge.
