You also have a couch that converts to a Queen bed and a Table that converts to a Full size bed. Overall this unit has 3 Queen Beds and 1 Full Bed. Along with two recliner chairs. This could easily sleep 10 with kids or 8 full size adults. The living area also has a fireplace with heater for those cozy or romantic nights while you make a pallet on the floor. Comes with a Jensen stereo system. The stereo has a selection to play music indoors or outdoors or both. The outside has an awning to block the sun or rain. The weight is 9500 pounds. We will provide the sway bar hitch if the unit is picked up. Setup fee is $75.00 and Delivery fee is $2.00 per mile. Smoking is not allowed in our units. If evidence of smoke is found, ALL deposit will be kept. Starting July 5th 2021 all new reservations will not be allowed to bring pets in our new units (deposit will be kept if any evidence of a pet is found).
