This smoke-free 2021 Forest River Hyperlite weighs in at 7,500lbs loaded. Built to sleep three comfortably as advertised, but we have slept four adults using an additional folding cot. Dinette could easily fit 2 small children to sleep four easily. Pet friendly as you can see in the photos. Our dogs are hypoallergenic and we will deep clean after all renters in case anyone does have animal allergies like us. Comes with everything needed for basic camping (or glamping)! Excellent for a couples getaway or small family., 30amp hookup, separate gray tanks for kitchen sink and bathroom. Full-sized roomy bathroom!!!! A/C and heater work great. 49 gallon fresh water tank as well as city water hookup. Electric fireplace adds a nice cozy feel while relaxing in the two recliners. Dual propane tanks will last even in winter for heating and stove/range. Outdoor shower head in back for washing off sand/dirt on your bikes, shoes or beach items. Long slide out includes dinette and two recliners. Both 30amp and 50amp (with step down connectors) Watchdog EPO and 30 amp extension cords included. Allows for safe usage of all electronics including laptops, gaming systems. Bluetooth stereo with outdoor speakers as well. Separate outside mounted smart tv. MIFI (Verizon) available for added cell/data connectivity at additional price. Full training included with walkthrough (with full deal add-on) and/or in written manual. 3 Smart TV’s.

Keep your trash off the ground to avoid unwanted critters!  I like cooking breakfast in electric skillets. That’s an outside fridge in the door.
Long slideout includes dining table and recliners. Windows all sides. Great for people watching.
TV with sound through stereo.  Stereo also Bluetooth capable with outdoor speakers.  Electric fireplace below with adjustable colors and settings.

This bathroom is the full 8ft width!  Plenty of room without feeling cramped at all. This is the main reason we got this unit!

Everything needed for “roughing it” while camping.   Multiple versions of coffee from K-cup types or fresh ground. The milk frother tops of latte!
2 cup rice cooker makes perfect rice. This sink has it’s own gray tank.
Coffee maker, K-cup or grind yourself, milk frother, toaster, window points right to main outside area of setup.
All kitchen items included.
Stove and microwave works great. Oven is small as RV ovens are. We also have a Ninja foodie (oven/air fryer) you can use if you plan to “oven” cook.
Some basic. Disposable are included also.
This thing rocks!  Measures everything. Small measuring spoons are hanging by the stove.
Stove works great. Blue lights are just cool.
Storage above coffee area. Fits full size cereal boxes sideways and goes back to the wall if needed.   Pots and frying pans in drawer under oven.
Thermostat works the A/C and heater. The switch below is flipped to be able to operate the fireplace. The A/C will NOT work on fireplace setting.
Plenty of room for four adults to eat. Table is very sturdy.
Bed measurements 5’ long by 4’ wide. Easily fit 2 children. Our adult daughter has slept in it plenty of times with no problems. Cot is available too.
Very comfy atmosphere!
Table poles and anything else stashed under tab in bed mode.
Second drawer with extra cooking utensils.  Most are on the counter or hanging on the wall next to the stove.
Top drawer with basic silverware.
Bottom drawer is disposable utensils when you just don’t want to wash dishes. And miscellaneous items.
Cutting board, air fryer, and simple cleaning supplies. Trash can and trash bags included.
Plenty of room to stock up. The main refrigerator runs on 12V, meaning always on.  Stock up before you go, no need for a cooler. Will be empty.
Electric fireplace that changes colors as well as blows heat well enough to heat up the main living space.
Bag doubles as a dirty laundry bag.
Outside ref. area. This ref. runs only when camper is plugged in. Blue water hose connects under outside TV.  Bluetooth speaker. Grill utensils.
These are all towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels ever needed. The bag can be used when dirty, and we will take care of the rest.
