All advanced safety features. This Queen can take you anywhere! After a long day of exploring, you can enjoy a hot shower indoors or out! The interior is complete w/ a portable induction cooktop for quick, efficient, & safe cooking, sink with hot/cold water, refrigerator w/freezer shelf, heating/AC, kitchen counter extension, magnetic screens for easy in/out while keeping the bugs out, awning controls w/LED lights & wind sensor! With a 320AH Lithium Battery System, 2nd alternator that acts as a generator (can recharge the battery within 2.5 hours of driving) plus the ability to plug into shore power, you’ll have plenty of juice to satisfy all your electrical needs during your adventure. Please reach out with any questions or concerns and we will do everything we can to help plan your next adventure • Minimum renter age of 25 - All Drivers Must Be at Least 25 Years Old: and must be listed on the contract when you pick up the RV. NO EXCEPTIONS • No smoking of any kind (automatic $300 cleaning fee will be added) • Fee for Late Returns: Unless agreed to in writing, there is a $1 per minute late fee. You will also be responsible for the cost of any canceled rentals due to a late return. 
• Pick up & Returns: flexible on timing with advance notice • No Refunds for Early Returns or late starts: If you return early or start late, we do not refund the days/time you will not use, no matter the situation. We hold these dates available for your use. • Small- Medium dogs allowed (No more than 40 lb pets) Please add-on pet cleaning fee at checkout. The renter acknowledges that only pets disclosed and agreed to by the Owners in writing are allowed. Only one dog and no cats are allowed, no pets are ever allowed on the main bed. Renter acknowledges the damage a pet can cause to the interior is not covered by insurance and the responsibility of the Renter to cover. We encourage you to consider Outdoorsy’s interior coverage. • Furnishings: Renter acknowledges the RV is provided fully furnished and will be charged the full replacement cost of any missing or broken items, including any rental items like, grill, etc. • Furniture and Upholstery: Please protect furniture and upholstery from activities that cause stains, damage and soiling. Excess cleaning required to recover the cleanliness of our RV and upholstery to a clean and neutral state will result in additional charges assessed taken from the security deposit. • Please do not climb the RV ladder or attempt to stand or sit on the roof (solar panels!). The renter is responsible for damages caused by climbing the ladder or use of the RV roof. The ladders are there for maintenance only • Please limit use of the Toilet to Emergencies. Must Empty before Return. Cassette toilet and gray tank should be completely empty. We charge $300 to clean and empty them for you! Cassette toilet can be dumped into any regular toilet or dump station (Do not use harsh disinfectants or scrubbing brushes in toilet - rinse with warm or hot water - gentle liquid soap can be added if necessary! Gray tank is essentially just sink and shower water so use your discretion when dumping • Cooking Odors: We do not allow anything that can create a strong smell or mess inside the RV that is difficult to remove, such as fish, heavy spices, bacon or any deep frying. Please cook anything that causes a smell or mess outside. The induction stove can easily be placed on the exterior table as well as a BBQ (it’s more fun to cook outside anyways!). • Food Debris: Please do not allow food debris to be placed in sink drains. RV sink drainage cannot accommodate food debris and particles. The renter is responsible for damages due to cleaning drains of storage tanks • Safe Driving: Please drive the vehicle at safe speeds using a safe following distance. RV’s are heavy vehicles and hard braking causes excess wear and tear on the braking system (plus MPG is so much better at speed limits). The renter is responsible for damages to the braking system and or tires that result from hard braking. Also, the vehicle is almost 10ft tall and a little top-heavy so pay extra attention to cornering speeds as well as low underpasses, trees, roofs, etc. • Awnings: should only be out when in use. Never leave it open or unattended even though it has a wind sensor. The awning is to be retracted at night and during high winds. Awnings are fragile, any damage, including damage while driving, is 100% your responsibility. Awning can malfunction on its own - just let owner know at time of issue. • Renter will be billed for any toll fees incurred. Toll Roads, Red Light Cameras, Parking Tickets, etc: Parking tickets, mailed violations, including toll violations are a major burden. We will charge you the cost of the fee plus a $150 administration fee if the violation occurs under your rental. If we have to pursue the cost through the courts, we will charge the maximum allowed by law, plus the cost of the court and the late fees. • No concerts /Burning Man or mass gathering events. No exceptions • Limit driving to roads on maps - No Major Off-Roading: Jeep trails and off-roading is prohibited; dirt roads and fire roads are permissible. The vehicle may be operated only on official roads open to motor vehicle travel as designated by the federal, state, local government, National Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management. The renter agrees to operate the vehicle only in a safe, non-abusive, and lawful manner. Any major offloading will be a forfeit of your entire security deposit. Watch for branches, rocks or anything else that can damage the vehicle. You are 100% responsible for any and all damage regardless of the situation or person at fault. • No driving outside of the USA! Travel Restrictions: This vehicle is not allowed to travel into Mexico and will cause the unit to be reported stolen and a total forfeit of your deposit. • Abandon vehicle - we charge $1000 per day plus all accrued expenses and rental losses that it takes us to safely return the vehicle back to Santa Cruz, California • Return Condition: The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as when received it. We will wash the exterior. Our low cleaning fee covers the cost to have someone professionally wash the exterior and disinfect the interior. It does not cover any deep cleaning. If any additional cleaning is necessary, either interior or exterior, the renter will be charged an additional cleaning fee that is cost us over the $150 cleaning fee. Never use wheel acid because it will stain the black wheels. We will clean the wheels. • You will receive a full tank of fuel: The Vehicle Must be Returned Full of Fuel. If the fuel tank is not entirely full, the renter will be charged the fuel cost to fill it up. Diesel #2 only! No bio-diesel (messes with emissions system).
