Mileage calculation begins the moment a vehicle leaves our lot and concludes once to returns to our lot. Likewise, the amount and cost of fuel necessary to deliver from and return to our lot is the responsibility of the renter. Delivery fees only cover the delivery drivers time delivering and recovering the motorhome. OPTIONAL AIRPORT DELIVERY - TUCSON: Depending on the TIME that you would want it delivered, and the TIME you would want it picked up. When the RV leaves our lot is is FULL of fuel and Propane and the sewer tanks are empty. Whatever Gasoline it took to drive it to pick you up at the airport is on you.. We don't deliver with a full tank in essence it is low by the amount it took to get it to the airport. We can deliver to you at the curbside baggage claim lower level between 9am and 2pm. We basically " await your call that youve secured your baggage" then we pull the rv to the curbside. You load your luggage in it, we drive to a nearby grocery, and go over the operations of the rv while someone in your party goes and does the shopping. (This takes approx. 1.5 hours if your unfamiliar with RV use) Kill two birds with one stone. On the Pick up from the airport we can meet you at a gas station near the airport exit and Interstate 10. This needs to occur between 9am and 2pm. We go over the turn in - wont take long, ( maybe 20 minutes) then take you and your luggage to the Airport, let you unload and we then return the rv to our lot.. You also pay for the cost of the fuel it took for us to get back to our lot ( we provide actual cost receipt) We can do the combination delivery and return (based on designated times) for a total fee of $280 Delivery charge plus fuel and applicable Taxes. Use on dirt roads is extreamly limited. Use at 24 Hours in Old Pueblo, Burning Man, Saguro Man, Tail gating, Festivals and similar events are off limits. ** Absolutely NO smoking is permitted of any kind, including vaping, no candle burning and no incense burning in this unit. If ANY smoke smell , use of candles , incense or vaping is detected at the conclusion of the rental , renter forfeits their entire security deposit for odor cleaning and ozone treatment. ** This unit my be approved for special events such Country Thunder, NASCAR and travel to Glamis/The Dunes, however pre-appoval is required beforehand. All of which is refundable if the unit is returned in same condition.
