Our RV has seat belts for 8 and can sleep 9. It has an upgraded, luxury interior that is easy to clean with all leather interior and a good amount of counter space for cooking!! Beds • Queen bed in the main bedroom with its own TV • Over the cab sleeping has an added full-size mattress, it holds up to 750 lbs with a TV as well so perfect for adults or kids. • Two twin bunkbeds with curtains and a TV/DVD combo in each. • There are additional beds for kids only with the sofa and dinette that fold into beds. The bathroom is a stand-up shower with cabinets above and below the sink. • 1 hand towel and a bathmat are included • RV toilet paper is included. (Please only use RV paper towel – helps to prevent clogging). Kitchen Love to cook? This RV includes a nice size kitchen with a good amount of counter place. • 3-burner gas stove with a lid and oven • Double sink. • Full-size microwave and a RV refrigerator/freezer • There is a lot of cabinet space to keep things organized. • Included: silverware, coffee pot, pot and pan set, basic cooking utensils, baking pan, cutting board, bottle/wine opener, and dish towels, and more. Outside • Radio: For those that like to have some music, our RV has speakers BOTH inside and outside for entertaining. The radio has a removable display that can be carried throughout the RV or outside for easy operation. • Includes: 2 folding chairs and outside mat Pets This unit is dog friendly. We ask that you let us know ahead of time and there is a pet fee. Insurance Stationary Rentals: $15/night with a max of $210 Rentals Driving/Towing: The renter's insurance is primary on the rental. Renter must provide proof that their insurance will cover the unit. Regardless, renter must provide insurance card at the time of pickup. If your insurance company denies coverage or renter does not want to use their personal insurance, then a "Damage Waiver" must be purchased.
