This unit has queen bed in front with some storage under the bed. A dinette that converts down into a bed, that could sleep 2 children or 1 adult comfortably, it also has more storage under the seating area. It has 2 bunk beds in the back. Washroom has a toilet, shower. The kitchen has a mini fridge & freezer, stove, microwave and sink. - You will receive a demonstration at the pick up, which takes 30-45 mins to go through and you will be on your way. - The following acceptable vehicles for this unit: Lightweight Pickup Trucks or larger. - Your vehicle must have a brake controller installed prior to picking up the trailer. If you do not, we have one available for rent. - We supply the weight distribution & 2 5/16 hitch ball system at the pick up. - Insurance is mandatory. - Delivery option available for an extra fee. Based on availability. - Pick up time is to be arranged before arrival as the trailers are behind a locked gate. - Return is to be arranged before drop off as a locked gate will need to be opened. - Travel Trailer must be returned in the same condition (inside cleaned and garbage removed) as the day it was picked up. - Security deposit will be charged to the credit card used to booking.
