This 2016 Dutchman Aerolite is super spacious with 3 slides and sleeps up to 9. Beds • Master bedroom - King bed • Back bedroom - bunk above a jackknife sofa which makes about a full and a large twin above a closet/TV area • There are additional beds, basically for kids only, with the sofa and dinette that fold into beds. 1.5 Bathrooms • There is a full bath and a half bath!! The half bath has access from inside the trailer AND outside the trailer, so no waiting in line of the bathroom! • The master bath has a stand-up shower with cabinets above and below the sink • 1 hand towels and a bathmat are included • RV toilet paper is included. (Please only use RV paper towel – helps to prevent clogging). Kitchen Love to cook? This RV includes an impressive kitchen with an ‘island’!! • 3-burner gas stove and an oven • Double sink with a cover for extra counter space when needed. • Full-size microwave and a RV refrigerator/freezer • This kitchen is supplied with a lot. Just to name a few items: silverware, coffee pot, pot and pan set, cooking utensils, baking pan, cutting board The couch and dinette offer comfortable seating for eating and entertaining. And if that wasn’t enough, there is an outside kitchen that has a stove, sink, and fridge so you don’t even need to go into the trailer if you don’t want!! Towing This unit does weigh 8,339 lbs (plus supplies) and is 38 ft long. So, can you tow it? Preferrable this will be towed by ¾ ton and bigger trucks due to the 1,200 lb tongue weight. If you cannot tow it or would prefer not to, we do offer delivery. Reach out and we can talk about the details. Pets This unit is dog friendly. We ask that you let us know ahead of time and there is a pet fee. Insurance Stationary Rentals: $15/night with a max of $210 Rentals Driving/Towing: The renter's insurance is primary on the rental. Renter must provide proof that their insurance will cover the unit. Regardless, renter must provide insurance card at the time of pickup. If your insurance company denies coverage or renter does not want to use their personal insurance, then a "Damage Waiver" must be purchased. Price: $25/night with a max of $350.
