Clean and ready to go! Sleeps 4, but we have squeezed a 5th (teenager or small adult) comfortably on a foam mat on the floor. Stocked with dishes, cookware, and all the basics. Delivery and Pick-up available for additional fee. AC/Heater, Bluetooth with indoor/outdoor speakers, awning, 4" memory foam mattress topper on full size bed, double layer foam mattress topper for twin bed, privacy curtains around both beds, fridge/freezer, 2-burner stove top, microwave, full standup shower. Super light weight, but comes with a weight distribution hitch and anti-sway bars (I pull this with my 4Runner).
