You must BOOK your own campsite. I can't delivery on Mondays and Wednesdays. Dumping fees are as followed: $0 to dump at the campsite with full hook-ups $10 to dump at the campground when full hook-ups not available $20 to dump at another location other than where RV is being used 2022 Forest River Salem FSX Series M-178BHSK with 1 slide. Sleeping options: -Queen size bed -two double bed bunk (1 bunk that can fit 2-4 small children, 200 pound limit per bunk) -a dinette that makes out into another full size bed. Equipped with: A/C and heat microwave gas griddle (outside) 2-burner cooktop large fridge and freezer (other refrigerator next to gas griddle) double sink Power awning LED lighting (under awning) Outdoor shower LESS lighting inside for RV fridge that may take up to 24-36 hours to cool completely. We will get fridge cold one day before we deliver. Plan accordingly when packing perishables. Strict NO SMOKING policy in the RV. If the RV smells of smoke, you forfeit your entire security deposit, no exceptions. No cigarette butts in camper trash. Please contact us to discuss bringing any pets with you. We are pet friendly. Please mind the pets jumping on the furniture and do not leave pets unattended in the RV. Fees include RV rental, delivery, set up, and walk thru. Cleaning products provided; renter is expected to leave RV as clean as when they received it. $75/hour minimum cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit if we need to clean the RV upon its return.
