Ideal for Campsite Adventures: While our Solis is ready for adventure, please note that it's best suited for campsite use. We kindly ask that you refrain from taking the van off-road or to festivals, ensuring its pristine condition for your family's enjoyment. Pet Policy: We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in our RV. However, please note that we do not allow cats. A pet cleaning fee of $50 will be applied to the security deposit for guests traveling with dogs. Rental Terms and Conditions: Mileage Limitation: The rental includes a mileage allowance of 150 miles per day. Any additional miles exceeding this limit will be subject to a charge of $1.50 per mile. Cleaning Fee: We take pride in providing a clean and well-maintained RV for your enjoyment. However, if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the security deposit. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Any evidence of smoking, including but not limited to odor or ash residue, will result in a $200 fee deducted from the security deposit. Pet Policy: We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in our RV. However, please note that we do not allow cats. A pet cleaning fee of $100 will be applied to the security deposit for guests traveling with dogs. Fuel Policy: We will provide a full tank of gas at the beginning of your journey. It is expected that the RV will be returned with a full tank of gas. Failure to return the vehicle with a full tank will result in a $150 refueling charge deducted from the security deposit. Toilet Maintenance: We will handle the dumping of the cassette toilet upon your return. However, please note that the cassette toilet has a capacity of 5 gallons, and it may be necessary to empty it during the duration of your trip. Insurance and Liability: Renters are responsible for ensuring that the RV is returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damages incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter, up to the full value of the vehicle. Reservation and Cancellation: A deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due upon pick-up.
