PLEASE READ: 1. Our trailer will comfortably sleep 6 adults, but it is better suited for a family. The bunks have a weight restriction of 200 lbs each, and the table, when turned into a bed, can only accommodate up to 150 lbs.*** 2. Please note that for bookings at Sunnyside and Cultus Lake we require a minimum three (3) night rental. 3. Bookings on private residential property or campgrounds not open to the general public are not permitted. 4. We do not allow renters to tow. You book the site and we deliver and set up the trailer. Please ensure the site being booked can accommodate our trailer size. You MUST be on site for delivery and pick-up, no exceptions. 5. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking or bringing any animals inside our trailer as we have allergies and asthma in our family. If it is discovered that these rules have not been followed, the entire damage deposit may be forfeited. 6. We do not deliver to the US (Birch Bay, etc).
