The unit is has Cummins/Onen 5500w onboard generator (runs both AC units easily) with 30 gallons of fuel onboard, 100 gallon fresh water tank, front full bath and rear half bath, 3 flat screen TVs installed in factory tv locations, Sure-call cell booster/repeater, Dual large deep cycle batteries, Tailgater portable satellite dish and Coleman grill. Breaks and tires are new and it is stored inside so no wet water smells. My family and I use this Camper Regularly to go racing and vacationing normally always off the grid roughnecking somewhere. The camper will be very clean for the start of your trip however it has a few scuffs and scratches on the furniture, cabinets and such from normal use. You can rent this camper and relax and use it normally this is not a Brand new deal that you have to worry about actually getting dirty and you know actually "camping" in. Please don't ask me if you can tow this with a 1/2 ton truck the answer is no absolutely not. The towing weight on this is 12 to 16K depending on what you put in the garage. Pin weight is 1500 to 2000# depending on water tank level. This is for 3/4 ton and up trucks with a 5th wheel hitch (not gooseneck).
