We include toilet paper, bedding, blankets and towels, all washed after each rental(we can leave in or you can bring your own), soap, cookware, dishes and utensils. Large enough to handle your camping needs. It's a little heavy in order to handle the demands placed on it, so a 2 person lift is recommended. Weight distribution hitch included.
