Full functioning kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sink, dishes, pots, pans, knives, silverware... TV and DVD player. Indoor speaker system connected to AM/FM/ CD radio. Bathroom, which includes toilet, toilet paper, shower, towels, and linens. There is hot and cold running water. An AC to keep it cool during hot days and a furnace if the temp drops at night. Enjoy the added outdoor grill and 4 chairs under the retractable awning. Pets are welcome but NO smoking please. We will tow it and set it up at your confirmed reservation location. There is a $75 setup/breakdown/cleaning/sanitizing fee.
