Fully stocked with bedding, pillows, bath (6) and kitchen towels, necessary kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, silverware, toaster, Keurig and toilet paper. Sleeps 9. 3 RV twin bunk beds. Two top bunks should not exceed 200lb in weight combined. One dinette that turns into bed. One RV queen sized bed in front bedroom. One fold out cushion couch in bunk room under a top bunk. Reclining two seater couch. Very spacious open floor plan with large bathroom. Well behaved dogs allowed, NO cats (have allergy so cannot permit). No animals other than dogs allowed. Does require a 2500 truck or larger to be towed due to weight and length of camper. If you do not have a 2500 or bigger truck we can deliver and pickup the camper on Saturdays and Sundays anytime. After 630pm weeknight delivery and pickup are available but please message me first to confirm prior to booking. Can hookup to both 30 and 50 amp service, has adaptor. Has electric and propane water heater. If delivering for you, I fill fresh water tank prior to delivery if you will not have a water hookup at your campsite. There are solar panels if you do not have an electric hookup at the campsite site so fridge will work and lights. The AC/fan and outlets will NOT work if you do not have an electric hookup site. Has outdoor hot/cold water "outdoor shower". Has outdoor mini fridge. Comes with chairs under camper for use. Has one 50inch TV in the living area, this is the only TV in the unit.
