Enjoy our 35 foot travel trailer that sleeps 10 with a spacious bunkhouse in the back. Master bed in the front for privacy. Kitchen table and couch turn into beds as well. All bedding (sheets, comforters, pillows) included. Full kitchen inside comes with sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, stove top, small oven, coffee pot, toaster, 2 pans, 1 small pot, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and tupperware. There is also a kitchenette outside that includes a mini fridge, two burner cooktop, and prep space. Bathroom inside comes with all necessary towels and RV friendly toilet paper. There is also an outside shower for quick rinsing. Second entry for the bathroom makes for easy access. Bluetooth sound system allows for indoor and outdoor audio. There is also a TV and fireplace if you're stuck inside. Please note, the camper does not come with WiFi or cable. There is an awning to provide shade for outside seating. 3 camper chairs included, 2 adults and one child (you break - you buy, $50 each). A large outdoor mat is also provided. Modern design in great shape with all of the amenities! It is expected that the camper will be returned generally tidy (dishes washed, trash taken out, and dirty linens set aside). If not, a $200 excessive cleaning fee will be taken out of the security deposit.
