Bunk room in back with 2 bunks plus versa queen size bed and smart TV Dinette and sectional sofa also break down into additional beds. Fully stocked kitchen, including all cooking utensils, dishes, toaster and Keurig. Large smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. in main living area. Fireplace can be used for heat or ambiance. Outdoor kitchen which includes grill, fridge, sink and smart TV, retractable awning with LED lights. Outdoor blue ray speakers w/Bluetooth. Camper will require full site hook ups (water/sewer/50 amp electric). If your site does not have a sewer hook up, there will be an additional $75 charge for dumping at the end of trip. Pet friendly with additional pet fee and deposit (deposit is refundable at end of trip). WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS/TOWELS. Currently not allowing customers to tow trailer with their vehicles. We deliver the unit for $150 minimum within a 25 mile radius. Any distance over that radius would then be $4.50 per mile over the 25 miles included.
