Dry weight is 7490 lbs and much heavier with full tanks and personal items inside. Please make sure you have a tow vehicle that can handle this weight. Trailer braking system is also required. Towing experience required to pull this camper. TRAVEL: Delivery is preferred! We will make exceptions for experienced drivers. WIFI: Use of T-Mobile HotSpot is an additional charge of $25/night. Please refer to T-Mobile website for map of 5G coverage. 5G coverage is dependent upon location/topography so please ask us to confirm coverage before your stay :) FOOD: Kroger Curbside Pick-up Log onto the Kroger Grocery Food App and enter in your grocery list from our local address (exact store provided upon booking). Pet friendly. All pets must be approved prior to your stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture. Any additional cleaning or damages will result in fees removed from your security deposit. 2. Occupancy is limited to the total number of guests indicated on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by hosts. 3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of the campsites and your neighbors. 4. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited both inside the trailer and directly outside. Breaking this rule will result in $250 cleaning fee. 5. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such cases. 6. We understand accidents may occur, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the camper, please let us know prior to your departure.
