Please be advised you MUST empty the black and grey tanks before returning the unit otherwise be faced with a surcharge of $150. I have to bring the unit to a waist facility for dumping if it comes back with liquid in the tanks. Also, please be reminded this unit is pet friendly- the bedding is not. if in the event you decide to let your fur-baby sleep on the bedding there will be a surcharge of $75.
