This beautiful 2022 Class C RV, nicknamed "Keiki", is compact in size and easy to drive. The newly redesigned Ford V8 engine is capable of transporting you wherever you wish to go. When you come aboard, “Keiki” welcomes you with fresh fruit and Peanut M&M's and an island themed interior. With no slide-outs to worry about, the inside is roomy and sleeps 6. Bedding is provided for the main Queen bed. Additional bedding is available as an "Add-on" for the overhead front berth and converted dinette. The additional bedding also comes with the "Airport Fly-in Package". In the galley you will find a 3 burner gas range, convection/microwave oven and electric 12 volt refrigerator. Because they operate on 12 volts, both the refrigerator and TV will run while driving. "Keiki" is stocked with all the galley essentials you will need: plates, bowls, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, utensils and more. Also included are towels, wash cloths, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Along with some necessities you’ll find a case of bottled water, plenty of microwave popcorn and fun games to enjoy while on your adventure. You will also have our guidebook to Keiki to guide you and answer all your questions. Stow all your camping and adventure gear in the large outside compartments. In these are camp chairs for 6, large outside mat, camp table, propane gas barbecue, and all the equipment for electric power and water hookups. Also, a 4 bike bicycle rack is available as an add-on. "Keiki" is 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and 30 quick minutes from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. If you are flying into one of these airports, select the Airport Fly-In Package add-on and we will be happy to pick you up and return you at the end of your adventure. We will drive you to a local shopping center and, after your orientation, you can do some quick grocery shopping and be on your way. “Keiki" is ready to help you create all of those forever family memories.

We are camping at McDowell Mountain Regional Park enjoying the beautiful fall weather, along with our dog, Coco.
Standing near the entry, you see the galley, U-shaped dinette and the main queen size bed. To the right of the bed is the vanity and the bathroom.
"Keiki's" U-shaped dinette is much larger than the standard RV dinette.
The main bed is a very comfortable, queen size Serta mattress and bedding is included for this bed.
The large U-dinette can serve several functions from dining to lounging to sleeping. Here it is set up as a dining and work area.
In this photo the table has been removed from the dinette which turns the dining area into a conversation lounge or for laying back and watching TV.
The dinette converts into a sleeping area for one or two people. When set up this way the bed measures 78 inches long by 42 inches wide.
"Keiki's" small footprint makes it perfect for camping and driving on the highway and in crowded tourist areas. It maneuvers where larger RVs won't.
All guests receive our guidebook to Keiki, full of information for your planning. Save it to your phone and everything you will need to know is there.
As you enter, under the first step are your 2 RV house batteries. The keyed compartment, you see, can be used to secure items while away from the RV.
This photo shows the dinette set up as a lounge for TV viewing.
The overhead berth easily sleeps two adults, with easy access to the TV.
The overhead berth is a full queen bed measuring 80 inches by 60 inches. The safety net can be raised and lowered as desired.
Besides sleeping, this area can be used by children and adults for playing games, reading or just hanging out. It has a weight rating of 440 pounds.
The overhead berth has two storage compartments with AC power outlets, along with two cupholders and a tray.
The galley includes a full size, deep sink with an extension to the left. It will raise and lower depending on the amount of counter space you desire.
On the galley counter is a wireless charging pad for your phone.
The stovetop is a Magic Chef 3 burner gas stove. Below the stove is a large Magic Chef convection/microwave oven. Great for cooking pizzas!
You can see the full galley with the Magic Chef 12 volt refrigerator and freezer which works wonderfully! Keeps your food cold or frozen all the time.
Relaxing in the evening with a jigsaw puzzle.
The vanity sink and cabinets are separate, allowing for personal use while the shower or toilet may be occupied by someone else.
Privacy while using the shower or toilet is easy to achieve with a separate room. Above the shower is a sky light which provides added height.

The awning provides a great amount of shade for relaxing outside in the warm winter weather.
Wrapped around on the outside of the windshield is an insulated shade screen which provides privacy and insulation for the interior.
The large awning provides shade during the middle part of the day. Enjoy being outside and relax or enjoy reading a good book.
The E-350 cab has power mirrors, in-dash information display with TPMS, and charging ports for USB-A and USB-C. The phone holder is also included.
This large storage compartment has room for you luggage, golf clubs and adventure gear. Stored in here is the BBQ, folding table and patio mat.
On the drivers side, this compartment contains 6 camp chairs. Lots of room remains for you to stow personal items.
On the driver's side are compartments for the Onan generator, LPG tank, water and sewer hookups, and the electrical system with additional storage.
