Full check of all fluids (wiper, oil, transmission etc) Waterproof matress pads bleach washed and reinstalled. Water heater tank drained and refilled All light bulbs checked/replaced A thorough overview of the RV and notes taken for full disclosures. SAND DUNES NOT ALLOWED
