Inside, you'll find everything you need to make great family memories...marshmallow roasting "sticks" and a s’more kit, a comfortable queen bed, pillows, plenty of blankets, an electric fan to plug in, bath towels, dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, hot mits, electric griddle, toaster, silverware, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, a Keurig in addition to a 12-cup coffee maker, dish soap, cleaning supplies, built in radio, tv in bunk room, tv and dvd in living room, and tv in main bedroom. Also, there is a fold-down dining room set for two people (kids or small adults), a pullout couch for two (kids or small adults), stove/oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, AC, heat, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, toilet, shower, tub, and plenty of storage! Outside in the storage compartments, you'll find an outdoor rug, folding chairs, a gas grill (you will need 1 lb propane tank(s), charcoal grill (you will need charcoal and lighter fluid) and all the hookups for electric, water, and sewer, and a new awning! Also, we are pet friendly as our four-legged furry friends are family too! We have tried to make this as family friendly as possible as we love to camp with our kids and some of the best memories come from camping trips. We are also music festival friendly!
