My camper comfortably sleeps 4 adults queen bed and set of full- bunk beds. Smart TV and great indoor/ outdoor Bluetooth audio system Kitchen has a 3 burner gas-stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Drink and tableware and your essential pots/ pans and utensils. including toaster and a Kurig coffee maker. For those warm summer days, you can sleep comfortably with efficient A/C and cooler night, heater and a electric fireplace will keep you toasty. Bathroom with step-in shower. ( Ask me if you want me to set up the outdoor shower for you. A 16' power LED awning with outdoor speakers.. where you can relax and enjoy beautiful evening- We will provide 4 chairs, foldable table and outdoor carpet and if you wish to grill out- you can reserve a infrared Charbroil grill ( extra charge) . If you have a special event to celebrate, let me know and we can discuss your plans! There is no need for you to tow the camper, we provide TWO options. • We deliver the camper to your reserved camping spot within 50 miles of my home. ( Maryville, Tn) OR • Come and stay on our property at a lower per night rate. We are located 25 min of Townsend and the Great Smoky Mountains. and 20 min to downtown Maryville and 30 min to the airport. We are a dog friendly camper but do ask you to crate your pet if you are gone during the day. There are also excellent local doggy daycares, even you dog can have a vacation!
