Need a little “Weekend Therapy” or ready to make your grand escape for a longer trip? You’ve found your perfect RV! Our 31’ Four Winds Chateau Class C motorhome is located near the Smoky Mountains and is ready for any adventure. It’s a 2007 model that was rarely used and is in GREAT condition. With less than 6000 miles, new tires and a new battery, you can enjoy your camping getaway with confidence. Renters with RV experience are preferred for long trips. NOTE: Our unit does not have a way to safely secure CAR SEATS so we do not permit the transport of children in car seats. Beds: Bedroom - Queen bed Sofa (Jackknife) - 3/4 bed Dinette - twin bed (best for a child or short adult) Loft above cab - skinny twin (best for A little person) NOTE: We video the RV prior to release and upon return so we can verify condition. You are welcome to video the condition as well. It's just a good practice.

There is one automated slide that extends the living room space.
Small but very functional. Everything you need is provided. Three burner gas range and oven plus a microwave. Coffee maker, toaster, and more!
Sofa and dinette convert to extra sleeping quarters. There is also a skinny twin bed about the cab.
We want you to feel welcome and have a few teats to enjoy during your stay.
The living area has a comfortable sofa and dinette with access to the cab. Enjoy the TV, Blue Ray player, large movie collection and games provided.
A spacious bathroom with sink, medicine cabinet, corner shower with skylight. There is a night light that illuminates the toilet at night.
3 burner gas cooktop, oven and microwave. We provide pots, pans, a muffin tin, skillets and cooking tools.
The small oven is large enough for a 9 x 11 casserole or large cookie sheet.
Refrigerator and freezer with plenty of space for your cold items. Works with propane or electricity.
We provide a large movie library, some books and several games. Perfect for rainy days!
We provide skillets and potholders in the drawer below the oven.
Bowls, a colander, strainer, and measuring cups conveniently store to maximize space.
Pots and Pans of various sizes are provided as well as some casserole dishes and a microwave-safe casserole
Generous size shower (for an RV!) with a skylight and ledges for your toiletries.
We provide earth friendly shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion and soap.
Double sink with paper towel holder and hooks for various items. There is a collapsible dish drain and cutting board beneath the sink.
Three mesh bags are provided to hand produce or other items.
A removeable wood surface covers the stove burner to provide additional counter space when not in use.
