Plenty of room for the entire family and possibly some friends as well. The 2 slides and quad bunks in the bunkhouse make for a spacious and comfortable trip. Easy to tow and set up. With a Bluetooth speaker system, outdoor LED lighting, a 35in TV, and an outdoor kitchen you will feel right at home enjoying the outdoors in style! Additional add on's are available such as camping chairs, plastic tables and cooking supplies. Linens (no pillows) for bed can be provided upon request. IF YOU NEED PROPANE, PLEASE ADD IT TO YOUR RESERVATION. $20 per tank up to two tanks are available. We are flexible with pickup/drop off times subject to change. Delivery & Set Up Fee up to 120 miles from 78644. Renter is responsible for towing capabilities of own vehicle (7500 lbs, 2 inch receiver). RV is not allow on sand or beach. The spacious kitchen has a double sink with plenty of counter space and a ton of storage. It has a 3 burner propane stove/oven, a microwave, large fridge, and pantry with plenty of room.
Same as previous pic but with the bunk in the sleeping position.
The left side of the bunkhouse has 2 bunk beds that can hold 350lbs each. The cabinet has a ton of storage and is wired for both electric and cable. Great gaming area for the kids.
Great view of the camper. The front door goes into the main living area and the back door gives access to the bathroom from the outside. Pass through storage in the front compartment.
This is the place to chill! Two awnings, an outdoor kitchen, LED awning lights, access to the bathroom and 2 Bluetooth speakers.
Awesome outdoor kitchen! It has a 2 burner stove, small sink, and dorm room style fridge. Perfect for keeping drinks cold and easily accessible!

This 35ft 5 inch travel trailer has 2 large slide outs. This thing is huge on the inside!
The black “box” next to the pass through storage is the outdoor shower. Right above that is the hook up for city water and the fresh fill tank.
The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water. Great for rinsing off your feet or kiddos. Helps keep from tracking in too much dirt. Just don’t forget your neighbors are right across from you.
Not much going on in this pic but you can see the electric tongue jack, the propane tanks (additional fees apply), and the little light on the right for setting up int he dark.
Save the workouts for the gym! No more heat stroke while leveling the trailer in this TX heat! You’ll have camp set up before you know it
The trailer can hold two 20lb propane tanks (additional fees apply). Make sure to select this as an add on during checkout.
This pic was taken as soon as you step inside. Immediately to your left is the kitchen. Across from that is the couch and dinette.
This is a comfy couch great for relaxing on and watching the big game. When you’re ready for bed it folds out to sleep 1 teen/adult or 2 small kids. Storage underneath.
The couch sits right next t the large u-shaped dinette. Both of these fold down for additional sleeping.
This large dinette is great for eating at or playing games on. Plenty of storage under bench seats. When folded down, it sleeps 1 teen/adult or 2 small kids.
The media center and the master bedroom with both doors closed. Solid doors, not flimsy “privacy’ curtains.

The master suite has a queen size bed with mattress topper, overhead storage, and spacious closet on each side of the bed.
Sit back and watch the bog game on the LED TV. Pop in a DVD on a rainy day. Or listen to the AM/FR radio on the indoor/outdoor speakers. Hook your Bluetooth up to listen to your own playlist.

The shower has a few soap shelves for soap and shampoo. There is storage underneath the sink as well as in the medicine cabinet above the sink.
In this pic you can see the toilet and the exterior door.Don’t worry, you can lock it. What you don’t see is the ceiling vent/fan. Great after chili night!
The bathroom is accessible from the outside back door. SUPER convenient! Don’t worry, you can lock the door!
The right side of the bunkhouse has 2 gaming chairs that fold out into twin size mattresses. The bunk bed above is folded up for more overhead room.

The camper uses a 7-pin trailer plug to connect to your tow vehicle. Make sure your vehicle’s 7-pin works as we can not let the trailer leave without this. A brake controller is also needed.
This bunkhouse layout with 2 slides provides for plenty of room inside.
