About this RV It has a full kitchen with island, microwave, oven, full size fridge and extra large pantry! Bathroom with shower, RV queen bed, 2 reclining love seats, 2 bunks, 1 sofa that turns into a bed, and the table converts to a small bed as well. It also has an additional outdoor mini-kitchen with a gas cooktop and fridge. It has A/C and heat to keep you comfortable! 2 electric awnings, power front jack, and power stabilizers. We welcome long-term rentals and can be flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. This needs to be hauled with a 3/4, or 1 ton pickup. A hitch is included with the rental. Please do not use regular toilet paper, RV toilet paper will be provided. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or paper towels. Please dump gray and black water tanks before returning. If you'd rather not dump them, that's not a problem, a $65 fee will be charged if tanks are not emptied. No smoking or vaping in trailer. Delivery is available for an additional fee. Pet friendly, but please don’t leave them unattended.
