WINTER RENTAL NOTES: PLEASE READ! This RV will be winterized from 11/7/22 until mid-spring. It is still available for rent BUT be advised you will need to "dry camp." This means you cannot use the RV plumbing. If you want to use the toilet, we will supply disposable liners that fit into the potty and can be sealed and tossed in the trash. You can bring bottled water, of course, but you can't dump it down the sink. The RV has both electric and propane gas heating systems for the winter months, so you won't be cold. Refrigerator, kitchen appliances, etc. all work as usual. Winter camping is fun! Our roadtrip-ready Roadtrek offers two double rows of front seats and three rear bench seats (all seat-belted) plus comfortable sleeping for two adults in a full-size bed. We are a larger family and chose this vehicle for day trips, so that we could have a refrigerator, bathroom, TV, and running water on the road. We love the fact that this vehicle is built from a standard Chevy Express van - easy to drive/park and crash tested. There are six shoulder-style seatbelts and one lap-style belt. Note that the three rear seatbelts are in the "backseat," which sits behind the rear wheels - which is a lot like riding in the back of a bus! Bouncy and potentially fun for kids, but not so great for those who get carsick. Please take this into consideration if you're planning to take a large group on a lengthy trip. If you are a couple or traveling with young kids, you'll also find the Roadtrek comfortable for overnight camping. The rear sofa folds into a 6' long by 55" wide bed at the push of a button. The front seats fold into two small cot-size beds (~65" long) that work for little kids. The camper features an A/C and heat unit, mini-fridge, sink, microwave, two-burner stove, water heater, stored water tanks as well as city water hookup, a toilet with black tank (it's a "temporary" bathroom that utilizes the aisle space with privacy doors), & a propane generator.
