Business Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm. 7 days/week (may vary for certain holidays) Pick-Ups: 1:00pm - 4:00pm. Drop-Offs: 8:30am - 10:00am. We are a professionally built, managed, and maintained fleet. CDC cleaning procedures guaranteed; 11 years in business with 4.8 star average rating across 11 rental locations. MILEAGE There are NO MILES included in this reservation. The mileage rate for the Mavericks is $0.30/mile. An estimated Mileage Charge ($30/day) will be paid at the time of pick-up. The Estimated Mileage Charge is the equivalent of 100 miles per day for the length of your trip. At drop-off, unused miles will be refunded, or excess miles will be charged. FESTIVALS Our vans are festival-friendly, and a popular choice because of their festive paint jobs! Please note that certain festivals, like Burning Man may require additional cleaning fees. The non-refundable cleaning fee for the Mavericks is $750. Anyone caught attending Burning Man without notifying Escape will be subject to a $1,500 cleaning fee. EARLY PICKUPS We operate like a hotel, with check-in (pick up) in the afternoon from 1-4 pm and check-out (drop off) in the morning from 8:30 – 10 am. Customers interested in receiving an early pickup must pay for the previous night and can pick up as early as 8:45 am. This will ensure that your vehicle has been returned by its previous renter and the staff has the time to clean and service it prior to your pickup. ***Note that it’s rare that we can accommodate early pick-up times in the summer.
