Festivals, tailgating and parties are not permitted (full deposit will be forfeited if the trailer was found used for tailgating). Trailer Amenities: Sleeping accommodations include a front queen bed and double bunks in the back with USB charging ports for each. This layout is suitable for 2 adults on the queen and 4 kids or 2 smaller adults/teens in the bunks. The dinette can also be converted into another single bed as well as a sofa that converts into a small bed as well. Kitchen includes a 3 burner stove, large sink, fridge and freezer, and a pantry for storing dry foods. Dinette will seat up to 4 people with a large window to bring the outdoors inside. Three piece bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Basic toiletries included (toilet paper, hand soap). Outside you will find shade under the 14' power awning.
