This Hybrid RV is so light that your van can probably even tow it (3500lbs for GVWR)! Sleeps 6 (with up to 2 small children). 2 Queens. Dinette converts into a bed for two smaller children. Bathroom with Shower. A/C. Heater. Extra storage is available in the side of the RV and accessible from inside as well. Radio/DVD player with indoor and outdoor speakers. Kitchen with bar fridge. Outdoor shower. Big automatic awning with LED lights. Add Ons for Additional Offerings we will Provide to Ensure you ENJOY OUR RIDE! PICKUP/DROPOFFS/DELIVERIES: Vehicles must be picked up and also returned at the agreed upon times - if you are more than 30-minutes late you may incur a late fee. For Deliveries, the Renter must be present at the time of delivery. RV slot reservation confirmation must be provided to the owner at least two days before delivery. (No first-come, first-serve RV slots will be accommodated.) NO PETS ALLOWED: We love dogs and cats, but unfortunately one of the owners is quite allergic to cats and dogs, so pets are not allowed in the vehicle. NO SMOKING / VAPING / DRUG USE ALLOWED IN-VEHICLE: If evidence is found from your stay, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS, a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages or damages. NO COOKING IN THE TRAILER: Due to smell concerns no cooking is allowed in the RV with the stovetop. (Microwave use only is permitted in the camper, with the exception of fish.)
