Welcome to our family brand new 2020 RV! This cozy BRAND NEW 2020 RV has all the amenities of a large motorhome in a little package, making it the perfect RV for to fit in any campground. There are 7 seatbelts in this camper and the kids' car seats can easily be affixed to the sofa bench. We can provide car seats. Cosy sleeping for 8 Bedroom with full size queen bed with private curtain and door and plenty of storage space. Fold out sofa. The incredible dinette offers a restaurant-style dining experience. At night It turns into a full bed for two. Queen size bed at the top of the front seats. All fresh bed linen, pillows, comforters and plush throws are included. The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer, sink and faucet. It includes a 3 burner range, food pantry and storage already equipped with essentials so that you can jump on the open road with little prep. We provide toilet papers and special treatment drops for toilet. Upon picking up, the RV will be clean with a full tank of gas, propane and freshwater, empty tank of dirty water - should be returned same way. Propane is free A modern air conditioning unit will keep you cool during the desert road trips and warm up the winter destinations. Back up camera, dash board camera, water heater, 11 usb chargers and 15 power outlet for laptop. The motorhome has an easily accessible outdoor shower, perfect for California beaches! A storage for firewood, grill and other camping staples! Outside chairs, table, outside rug are included. We provide a bike rack for 4 bikes for 10$ additional fee. I can meet you in the airport on Cadillac Escalade for fee and bring you to my RV. Or I can deliver the RV to you. Parking for your car on my secured parking is free! If you arrive by plane to Los Angeles, and you need pick up from the airport, I can do it any time of the day (24 hours) and give you the RV earlier at no additional charge, if it is available.
