Cold A/C and heating system. 2 Flat screen TV's. Outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, sink and grill. Awning with LED lights and radio. We are flexible with check in and check out time. For renters hitching & taking OR dry camping: Customer is responsible for dumping black and grey water. If it is returned full, there will be a $100 charge deducted from the security deposit.
