YES it has AIR CONDITIONING / HEAT ( needs shore power or rent our generator). Small towing size means any mid-sized SUV/Car/Truck with a 2" receiver can tow (has trailer breaks with blue tooth controller that is adjust with any smart phone). This thing is cool 9 lot of options with 210 Ah of Lithium battery power (4-6 days without charging)
