Clean, roomy, brand new 2021 Dutchman Coleman that sleeps up to 10 with 2 private sleeping quarters! Slumber in the master on a queen bed or on the dining table that converts into a double bed for added sleeping. Spacious bunk room that sleeps 4 on the bunks and 2 on the leather jack-knife couch that folds out. This camper sleeps up to 10, but we recommend 6-7 to sleep comfortably It has two entrance doors with sturdy stairs that go to the ground, huge pantry, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, 2 slide outs, heat/air conditioning, blue tooth connection, indoor/outdoor speakers and an awning with led lights as well. The kitchen comes equipped with all your basic needs: pots and pans, kitchen utensils, glasses, coffee cups, coffee pot, measuring cups, sharp knives, cutting boards, electric skillet, microwave and a large refrigerator. This camper has an outdoor kitchenette with 2 burner stove, mini fridge, a storage unit for food and nice counter top area for prepping meals. Outside includes 4 chairs, rug, and table, and an outside shower to make rinsing off easier. Delivery is available and recommended! Delivery includes filled fresh water tank, setup completely with slides out, electrical hooked up, water supply and sewage hook up if available at campsite. Outdoor rug, chairs, trash can, table will be in place and ready for you to just arrive and start your vacation. Delivery fee will be calculated per your location. You must request an electric 30 or 50 amp service campsite. Please ask resort or park for a level site if possible, pull through is a plus! Then I'll take over after your vacation is completed with pick up. Removal of trash/cans are not included. Self-pick up and drop off is available but we do not allow anyone to move the camper without major experience and proper truck to pull it. We are happy to answer any additional questions. Highly encourage any reservations over 3 days to have a full hook up campsite.
