Who wants to make some memories? This trailer is mighty enough for the whole family, including the family dog. Two dog limit, unless previously approved. No smoking/vaping inside. Sleeps up to 8, so bring the kid's friends along for an extra special trip! The queen bed up front has a privacy curtain and reading light, as well as outlets on either side to charge your devices. The bench dinette folds down to a twin bed for the little one(s). And there are double size bunks which is a rare find for such a light trailer. The kitchen hads a double sink, 3-burner stove, microwave and fridge/freezer. Bedding included for all beds which includes sheets, comforter and pillows. The bathroom has a separate sink and medicine cabinet. Toilet and shower! The awning is being replaced once the parts come in so that is currently not available. I will provide my EZ Up in it's place. I appreciate the understanding. The trailer comes with a few pots/pans, plastic bowls and cups as well as paper products. Marshmallow skewers included! Four camping chairs with lots of memories included. -For additional fee of $50, I will include corn hole and other games as well as crayons and coloring books for raining day entertainment! -A screened-in tent is also available for additional fee of $50. Two 20 pound propane tanks will be full at the start of your visit!! Tank clean out required after your visit, hoses included.
