This trailer requires your vehicle to have a tow capacity of 3,500 lbs, a Class III hitch with 2" receiver, a 2 5/16" ball, a round 7-way (RV-style) connector, and a functioning trailer brake controller (ask us about e-brake controller options if you don't have a factory-installed controller). In addition to tow capacity, please confirm your vehicle's payload capacity (found on the driver's door jamb sticker) can accommodate roughly 350 lbs of tongue weight plus your passengers and cargo — if you're unsure, we're happy to help you check. The height from ground to top of the tow ball should be 18.5" (±1"); if your hitch doesn't land in that range, you'll need an adjustable ball mount.
