We will bring the RV to meet you near Krispy Creme since we need to get it out of storage and ensure it's prepped before your trip. Chevy V8, miles 117,202 36.5 ft, Beautiful RV, well maintained. Great shape... ready to roll! Super-size slide-out for expanded living room and dining area. Plus large slide-out bedroom and expanded closet space. Sleeps 6, Queen bedroom, sofa bed, and dinette become a bed Full kitchen with oven, double basin sink, 3 burner stove, large fridge. Dual a/c. The generator is great. Everything works. Lots of storage inside cabinets and underneath and also a big space for a clothes washer and dryer (not included). Hydraulics for leveling. RV is clean inside and out. Please treat our family RV with respect and return it as received, other than we will bleach and replace bedding sheets and pillows. Renter should decide if they want to vacuum and ensure all surfaces are wiped down and clean, and exterior washed, or please choose the additional $120 cleaning charge if it requires any cleaning. We will still sanitize the surfaces again before each rental, but there should be no stains or visible dirt. We deduct additional charges over the cleaning fee for anything that does not easily vacuum or wipe and wash away. wonderful. We charge full $1500 security deposit for tampering with any GPS tracker devices.
