The camper has the following: • 2 AC/units • 1 Heating unit • 1 Bathroom/Shower • An outside gas grill with a cooking station/small fridge • Two independent entryways • Two propane tanks Courtesy Items: • Linens/blankets for 1 Queen Bed, 2 Full Convertible beds, 3 Twin beds, and some pillows. • Dishes/cups, some cookware, silverware, cooking utensils, and essential grilling tools. • Coffee maker • Bakeware/spatulas, knife set/steak knives for eight people • RV toilet paper rolls (2 Rolls Only) • Dishwashing soap/scrub brush, liquid hand soap, trash bags • Five camping chairs • One Full propane tank Note: Please ensure all used items, such as dishes, cups, plates, utensils, grilling tools, bakeware, etc., are left clean. You are welcome to bring your plates and utensils as well. Extra fees will be charged per tank (Gray/Black) if any solids, such as food, accumulation of beach sand, waste, etc., are left inside the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, shower, and toilet—a fee of $100 to clean each tank so total of $200. Please provide us with a check-in and check-out time when reserving your site. During weekdays, we can only deliver and pick up after 5:30 pm. It is the customer's responsibility to pay and secure the designated campsite.
