It's a pioneer 250bh great ac for summer. has a front bedroom with privacy door, a sofa bed, table bed and 2 full bunk beds.our rentals come complete with kuerig coffee maker and basic k-cups, toaster,utensils, pots and pans, paper plates, solo cups, coffee cups, bowls, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, condition and cleaning supplies. you are responsible for towels and bedding. we have some available just in case you need extra.we also make sure the propane is full. Our delivery charge covers delivery and pickup, walk thru of rental, setting up camp with outside carpet, setting up chairs [4] bring extra if needed. we also dump the tanks for you and extend the stabilizer jacks if equipped
