This trailer is 3500 lbs dry, 5000 lbs gross weight with water tank full and cargo, etc. Our favourite part is that it has BUNKS! For a 18 ft trailer, that was so hard to find! The queen bed with a privacy curtain and the bunks in the back make it a perfect layout for a family. We have painted the walls bright white which makes the space look bigger and have added decor and wall decals that make you feel at home. The storage space is perfect and the awning is a bonus. This trailer has a new and modern kitchen with the most beautiful faux marble countertops. There are cupboards for storage space, sink, stove top, fridge/freezer and microwave. It offers a queen bed, the table converting double bed and 2 single bunk beds that comfortably fit a 6 ft person. It has a bathroom with rv toilet, tub and shower. This trailer comes with indoor and outdoor speakers, electric awning, AC/heat unit. It automatically comes with some dishes, utensils, kettle, coffee press and a mini heater.
